If you are bringing your children to Portugal, with you, with you will need to register them in a school (public or private) at your earliest convenience. 

• Education System level in Portugal
• Find the Portuguese Portal of Schools
• On-line School registration (first registration, renewal and school transfer in pre-school education and primary and secondary education in public and private schools)
  • On-line registration | Pre-school and 1^st year: 15^th April to 24^th June
  • On-line registration renewal | Basic Education : 16^th June to 15^th July
  • On-line registration renewal | Secondary Education : 21^th June to 18^th July
  • - After these dates, registrations should be dealt directly at the desired schools.
