• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biomedicine, or an equivalent degree).

 • Graduate-level education related to clinical research, the pharmaceutical industry, research methodology, or related disciplines. 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in clinical research and/or biomedical research project management. 

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in coordinating, managing, and monitoring clinical trials, preferably multicenter trials. 

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, Research Coordinator, and/or Clinical Research Associate (CRA). 

• Experience in clinical trials, with particular emphasis on experience in cardiology. 

• Experience in coordinating and monitoring multicenter trials, including liaising with and monitoring participating sites. 

• Experience managing clinical databases, tracking patients, overseeing study documentation, and coordinating the various stakeholders involved in research projects.

 • Knowledge of the regulations and procedures applicable to clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

The employee will carry out the following tasks within the scope of the research project: 

• Comprehensive management and operational coordination of the project, in collaboration with the Principal Investigator and the research team. 

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the various activities and phases of the study, ensuring adherence to the established timeline. • Coordinating and monitoring participating sites, acting as a liaison between the coordinating center, researchers, and other stakeholders. 

• Supporting the procedures for the launch, implementation, monitoring, and closure of participating centers. 

• Preparing, reviewing, updating, and archiving essential study documentation. 

• Monitoring patient recruitment, identifying incidents, and proposing corrective measures when appropriate. 

• Monitoring and overseeing the study, including quality control and verification of compliance with the protocol and established procedures. 

• Supervising and monitoring the collection, recording, and quality of clinical data, as well as coordinating the resolution of incidents and inquiries. 

• Managing and monitoring project databases and coordinating with data management personnel. 

• Organizing and monitoring coordination meetings with investigators and participating centers, as well as preparing status and follow-up reports. 

• Coordinating procedures related to adverse events and safety, as applicable to the project. 

• Monitoring compliance with clinical research regulations, Good Clinical Practices, data protection, and internal study procedures. • Support in the preparation of scientific, technical, and monitoring reports required during the project’s execution. 

• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers involved in the study’s execution. 

• Support the Principal Investigator in any other scientific or technical activities necessary to ensure the proper execution of the project and the achievement of its objectives.
