1. Candidatesshould meet the following conditions:

- be licensed to practice as a paramedic,

- have a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in paramedicine,

- have at least five years of experience as a paramedic,

- have a passion for teaching, availability, creativity, conscientiousness, and the ability to work in a team.

1. Applications for the competition should include:

Terms of employment

- employment based on a fixed-term employment contract,

- working hours - full-time.

Deadline and place for submission of documents:

Documents should be submitted to the headquarters of the Zamojska Academy, ul. Pereca 2, 22-400 Zamość, by August 22, 2025 (the date of receipt by the University is decisive).

The envelope should be labelled “Konkurs nr 2 na stanowisko wykładowcy w grupie pracowników dydaktycznych Wydziału Nauk o Zdrowiu”. The results of the competition will be announced by September 19, 2025

Incomplete applications, applications that do not meet the formal requirements, and applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The Zamość Academy reserves the right to invite selected candidates for an interview. The Academy reserves the right to cancel the competition without giving a reason.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting a competition for the position of lecturer.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is:

- acting at your request prior to entering into a contract – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

- the need to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the controller – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, in connection with:

- the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code,

- the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science.

Providing other data not specified by law will be treated as consent (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) to the processing of personal data. Consent in this case is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Your personal data may only be transferred to entities that are authorized to receive it by law. In addition, it may be disclosed to entities with which the controller has concluded a contract for the provision of maintenance services for the IT systems used for its processing, and to entities providing postal or courier services for the purpose of delivering correspondence.

Information about the results of the competition will be made available on the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) on the university website http://bip.akademiazamojska.edu.pl/ and on the website of the Minister of Science and Higher Education.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and for the time specified by law. The rules for archiving documents and the period of their storage are specified in the archiving instructions and the uniform list of files.

You have the right to:

- access your data and receive a copy thereof,

- rectify (correct) your personal data,

- delete your personal data,

- restrict the processing of your personal data.

If the basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

The provision of your personal data within the scope of Article 221 of the Labor Code and the Act of July 20, 2018, on Higher Education and Science is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The provision of other data is voluntary.
