DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):

1. Master of Science (preferred fields of study: management or related disciplines),
2. Interest in issues related to the management of enterprises and organizations, with attention paid to the qualitative and logistical aspects of this management, using concepts, approaches and quality systems to improve processes, products and services,
3. Fluency in the Polish language,
4. Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher,
5. Aptitude for work in a research and teaching position,
6. Knowledge of issues such as: Lean Management, TQM, ISO 9001, CSR and other instruments for improving the functioning of enterprises and organizations, as well as the basics of the logistics system in the enterprise and authorship of scientific publications will be additional advantages.
