DESCRIPTION (scope, expectations, notes):

The candidate should hold a doctoral degree in the scientific discipline of Management and Quality Studies, have professional experience related to this discipline, as well as experience in conducting academic classes and professional achievements in the relevant field. The candidate should demonstrate aptitude for both teaching and research work.

Candidates who meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, as well as in the Statute of the State Vocational College of Prof. Edward F. Szczepanik in Suwałki, may apply for the position.

1. Requirements for candidates:

1. Possession of a doctoral degree in the field of Management and Quality Studies,
2. Scientific and teaching achievements in the discipline of Management and Quality Studies,
3. Experience in teaching,
4. Professional experience related to the above-mentioned discipline.

2. Required Documents:

1) Employment application addressed to the Rector of PUZ in Suwałki with a consent  for the processing of personal data

2) CV including detailed information on previous employment history

3) Personal questionnaire for employment applicants (form attached)

4)  Copies of documents confirming education and qualifications - If a professional title, academic degree, or title was obtained abroad – copies of documents with certified translations into Polish by a sworn translator

5) List of publications

6) Documents confirming professional experience outside the university related to the fields and disciplines mentioned in point 1

7) Declaration of meeting the requirements under Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (form attached)

8) Declaration that PUZ in Suwałki will be the primary place of employment within the meaning of the Act (Art. 120) – (form attached)

9) Consent for the processing of personal data included in the application documents for the purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment procedure, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal L 119/1, 04/05/2016) (i.e. GDPR information clause and GDPR declaration for job applicants) – (form attached).

All documents listed in points 1-9 must be signed by the candidate.

The selected candidate will be employed as an Assistant Professor for a fixed term in a full-time capacity.

Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to complete the recruitment process, and after its conclusion for 14 days from the date of announcement of the competition results on the PUZ Suwałki website.
