Offer Description
Applications are open for 1 (one) Masters Research Studentship(s), within the framework of the project eGamesLab n26 CC931101, financed by IAPMEI
Workplan:
a. To perform solid research around pseudo-haptic interfaces, specifically targeted at increasing the situation awareness in teleoperation of vehicles;
b. Developing techniques that respond to previously mentioned challenges;
c. Writing scientific paper(s) related to the research activities conducted.
Duration: The research fellowship(s) will have the duration of 3 months, It’s expected to begin in April of 2025, and may be eventually renewed up to the end of the project, with the limit of 24 months, including the duration of the initial contract.

Benefits
Monthly maintenance allowance: the amount of the monthly maintenance allowance is €1040,98, being the payment method of the Fellow by wire transfer.

Selection process
Selection methods: The selection methods will be the following: Educational degree and work experience 40% and interview 60%.
Composition of the selection Jury: prof. José Luís Silva, prof. Rodrigo Ventura and & prof. Daniel Simões
Announcement/ notification of the results: The final evaluation results will be communicated to all applicants by email.
Deadlines and procedures of complaint and appeal. A complaint may be lodged from the final decision, or an appeal to the Executive Board of IST-ID, within 15 working days counted from the respective notification.
